Replace waste line to existing to fixture (mixed use)

Level 1 alteration to the first floor space: shall comply with the provisions of chapter 6 of the international existing building code. To include the removal and replacement or the covering of existing materials, elements, equipment or fixtures using new materials, elements, equipment or fixtures that serve the same purpose. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits.

For the installation of one (1) type 1 commercial kitchen hood (ul 710) , supply exhaust ductwork, and make up air fan. All work shall be done in accordance with approved plans. Manufacturers installation instruction shall be available on the job site at the time of inspection see ap 525482 for fire suppression system permit.

Install new wet chemical fire supression system with eight (8) flow points in accordance with nfpa 17a, see application #525479 for kitchen hood approval.
