Remove plaster and lath for framing a velux fs c 04 skylight in the third floor bathroom. Install framing and cut roof sheathing and peal back asphalt shingles. Install skylight and apply ice and water shield on the exposed sheathing and up the sides of the skylight. Install new asphalt shingles and the velux flashing kit. Install foam insulation around the frame of the skylight and r 21 fiberglass insulation as needed in bay. Install drywall and corner bead on the shaft and apply fiberglass tape and joint compound. Apply two coats of latex paint to that section of the bathroom ceiling. Remove all debris and leave the area clean.
