June 11, 2013 4:54:41 pm pamk. Rswo, complaint neighbor, they have recently added an adittion on and added 3 downspouts. This is running into the neighbors yard (163 morningside). It is underminding the sidewalk also. Pjk; july 24, 2013 9:33:35 am pamk. Spoke with joyce and her husband, the owners of 163 morningside dr. I let them know as far as the down spouts of their nighbors the city would not get involved with that issue and they would have to work it out with their neighbors their selves. I also let them know that i would keep calling jody to get him to clean up the sediment next to the drive way. The dirt came from where the msd had set a sewer tap. I asked the contractor to clean up the sediment and to get some erosion control measures in place where the pole was installed, also speak with the neighbor
