1. Replace windows with six-over-one andersen fibrex or marvin infinity windows with exterior muntins of a width not exceeding 7/8 inch. Dormer windows shall be double eight (8) light casements to fit original rough penings and to match the original casements (see attached stamped photo). The only vinyl windows approved to remain are those in the rear wall and in the enclosed rear porch. 2. Replace double front entry doors with wood fifteen (15) light oors to fit the original masonry opening (transom to be retained). Double steel-bar security doors may be installed over the main doors. 3. Replace siding on enclosed rear porch with fiber-cement horizontal lapped boards, six-inch exposure. Replace mansard roof shingles with scalloped gray or green slate shingles to match the original size and cut as seen at the next-door house and in the attached stamped photo. 4. Relocate double-meter electric box and conduit to under the porch, obscured from public view by the brick porch apron.
