Remove replace front wall with 4" cmu ( back ) & 4" brick veneer on existing foundation with wall ties every floor level, brick ties every 2 square feet and weepholes 33" on center.

Replace and install 200amp svs and install 6 outlets (2 on each fl) (cc dist)

For a change in occupancy classification to create a vacant commercial space on the first floor and two (2) dwelling units above within an existing 3-1 2 story structure. Building shall be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. All asbestos to be treated & removed prior to commencement. Separate permit required for tenant fit-out (and c. O.).

Install new fire suppression system complying with nfpa 13 & 13r throughout the building to include 2" main fire service line and 2-1 2" ames 2000ss backflow prevention assembly as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Ez plumbing permit - install 2 toilets, 2 shower, 2 lav sink, 2 kitchen sink, 2b garbage disposal, 2 washing machine as per the 2004 philadelphia plumbing code.
