Horizontal reinforcement (durawall) every 24 inches. Install physical masonry returns into party walls every 4 feet vertically for structural connection. Flash and seal roof to new front. Engineer to inspect and provide a sealed letter at completion of work approving the structural integrity of the front and side walls. Letter to be submitted to inspector to resolve case #543474. No other work allowed under this permit abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6? In height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #543474.
