For the interior alterations of at the first floor and cellar to include partywall breaches with fire rated assemblies at lintel installation (sprinklers to be installed on each side of parywall breach), new interior partition walls for accessible restrooms, wall floor ceiling finishing, and an accessible service counter to be provided in the same bldg as (3) previously existing dwellings {permit #686855} (existing dwellings to remain n. I. C.) per plans. Separate permits to be required for fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical system installations. (see plans under ap#763347)

For use as vacant commercial space on first floor (use registration required prior to occupancy), with two-family household living above. No signs on this permit.

For the erection of a four-story attached mixed-use structure (vacant commercial and two (2) dwelling units) with pilot house and roof deck. Building shall be sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. See permit #686855 for all pre-requisite approval documents and plans.
