Level 1 minor alterations installing cove molding in an existing structure, repair existing sheet rock

Make penetrations in an existing exit access corridor for the installation of receseed electrical panels. All panels to be ul listed for installation in a 1-hour rated wall assembly, and installed in accordance with their listing and manufacturers installation instructions so as to maintain the integrity of the penetrated wall assembly. All openings required for access to run electric cable shall be restored so as to maintain the existing fire rating of the assembly. Separate elctrical permit required.

Replace one for one with no additional wiring existing electrical panels 8 - 200amp, 72 circuit (2 per floor) in hallways with new in multi occupancy building as per 2008 nec (north district)

Replace exist feeders from main sws to new pnl. Install new 72 circuit mlo pnl to replace exist push matic pnl. New pnl to go next to exist pnl. 2 new pnl per fl total 8 pnl. Add 2-200amp circuits to each apt for future use per 2008 nec (apt bldg)

Relocate water closet, lavy sink, & pantry sink to include drain & water line - the installation will compy with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004
