M writing to request that planning steps be added before co? S can be issued for the remaining 4 units in the hudson cottages project (there are phased landscaping requirements that the developer needs to have completed). Per blake esselstyn/planning; november 1, 2007 11:14: am bdavis certificate of occupancy for hudson cottages #4. Single family, slab on grade.; paid under permit # 06-2545; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested.
