Ref 13-4836, 13-4769 13-5198 for stop work order demo and remodel permit;sls created 2nd permit for remodel instead of using stop work order, started using the stop work order but created one by mistake created co hold will need to close out demo and stop work order;sls the stop work order was under a different pin number so did not have correct address when first added to hte;sls; september 9, 2013 9:10:22 am alishac. Addition of hvac sub to install a complete hvac system. Ok to add without plans per scott. Adc.; building code review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments shall be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times.
