Remodel

2nd floor unit: floors 2 &; 3 replace plaster on walls/ceilings insulation drywall. Open non load bearing wall;between kitchen/living room. Reconfigure the 2nd floor bathroom to half bath add washer/dryer convert;bedroom into full bath and move sink in the kitchen. New fixtures for bathrooms. Reconfigure the kitchen add cabinets and fixtures add support to the existing 2nd floor livingroom/hall ceiling and hall ceiling. Redo electricity. Change front door of 2nd floor unit. Repair siding on front and rear exterior.

Remove wood paneling from walls. Remove linoleum tiling and carpets kitchen cabinets. Remove/repair walls or celiings with drywall if needed - install insulation where feasible - install tile where there was linoleum. - evaluate the floors under the carpet. - install new kitchen cabinets.

Remodle two bathrooms and kitchen

Remove and replace existing stairs in backyard. Replace windows and wall at existing 3 season porch in back yard.

Converting a 3-season porch into new living space (approx. 1 sq. Ft).

Finish work for 3 season room.
