Renovations of existing mezzanine live work apartment units. Renovation of the existing 16th floor penthouse and roof deck. New roof top deck shall be installed over the existing roof. New guardrail shall be installed at the perimeter. New cooling tower and screen shall be installed on the mechanical penthouse rooftop. Skybridge shall be installed above the courtyard to link the north tower and south tower at the 16th floor. Elevator shall be exteneded to this floor level. Elevator overrun shall be installed. Existing guard rails within units at french doors shall be modified to meet code

For selective interior alterations and for the erection of an accessible exterior ramp, removal and replacement of an exterior canopy, minor non-structural alterations in the elevator lobby areas, and for the reconfiguration of the existing basement to create amenity spaces, offices, and mechanical spaces.
