On 12/15/14, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #573369.

For the erection of a spread footing foundation system & underpinning as per approved plans & geotechnical report. Protection of adjoining foundation system shall be in accordance with approved plans & under supervision of a commonwealth of pa registered professional engineer. Permit holder to notify owner(s) of adjoining property(ies) no less than ten (10) days prior to commencement of permitted work. See ap#559303 for plans and geotechnical report.

To amend bldg prmt# 579094, issued for new construction of a four (4) story above grade plane mixed-use multi-family building, to change in rear elevated deck support construction from steel to pressure preservative treated wood. See bldg prmt# 608341 for approved construction documents

For retail sales of consumer goods on cellar and first floor and all other uses as previously approved in the same existing structure. No sign on this permit.

Amend bldg prmt# 579094 to change bsmt. - 1st floor multi-story dwelling unit from a type b unit to a non-accessible dwelling unit & other miscellaneous changes per approved plans. See administrative permit# 676511 for approved amended construction documents.

For the erection of a three story structure with cellar, rear decks at the 2nd and 3rd floor as per plans for use as a (5) family dwelling.
