Cadd: sequoyah electric - addition of vestibule to the main entrance of existing office building. The proposed vestibule space is currently covered by an overhang from exist 2nd floor. Enclosed the vestibule by adding (1) set of double doors and (2) sets of window/ storefront panels. The addition will not change the exist building footprint. Total area of construction 3 sf.
