For the erection of a spread footing foundation system & underpinning as per approved plans & geotechnical report.. Protection of adjoining foundation system shall be in accordance with approved plans & under supervision of a commonwealth of pa registered professional engineer. For amendedment of building permit# 568447, issued for new construction of a four (4) story above grade plane mixed-use multi-family building, to change in rear elevated deck support construction from steel to pressure preservative treated wood.

Amend bldg prmt# 568447 to change bsmt. - 1st floor multi-story dwelling unit from a type b unit to a non-accessible dwelling unit & ther miscellaneous changes.
