Remove and replace third story portion of masonry front wall with sme using brick ties every 24" vertical and 36" horizontal and physical tie in every four foot vertical. Flashing, caulking and energy requirements as per irc 2006. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
