Remove and replace the flat roof and the decking beneath and the damaged roof joists. Remove and replace the bath room ceramic wall and floor tile. Install light fixtures in the baths and laundry rooms. (both units) reinstall the interior doors with trim. Install new carpet pad and vct with wood base. Popcorn the new ceilings upstairs in both units. Paint entire units and stain doors. Repair cabinet door in master bath in unit 17.
