Does not have stamped plan for home. Has stamped plan for "proposed foundation" which says typical plan. I informed applicant that she needed a stamped plan of her home and she insisted that this was what she was told she needed. She said that she could bring a stamped copy of plans if needed.... :bld applicant said that the modular is going in the same spot as the doublewide that was there. : bld haun modular on concrete piers in mobile home park. Owns lot. : bld called left message with applicant contact requesting better site plan. Unclear scope of work. Never heard of a three (3) unit mhp and all units being something other than a standard mh. Unclear if the intent is to remove mh status and make free standing units.
