Remove 10- existing windows on 2nd floor. Install new contruction anderson woodwright windows. Air seal with tape, insulate with oam from interior. New trim to match exterior, new interior trim. Debris to be rremoved from site to dumpster at another location

General repairs 1) replace decking bioards on existing rear deck, using 5/4x6 pre-oiled mahogany. Repair or replace stringers and risers at stair as needed. Existing saftey rails to remain. 2) replace decking boards on existing front porch, 1st floor, using 5/4x6 pre-oiled mahogany. Repair or replace stringers and risers at stair as needed. Existing safety rails to remain. Rails on stairs to be repaired or replace if needed. 3) spot repairs to shingles on house. 4)repair hole in soffiut in rear. 5) repair rotted rake at rear. 6) repair/replace bath vent on side of house, repair/replace non funtioning roof vent. 6) repair trim and sill of window on 1st floor over driveway.
