Interior renovations to 2nd fl space medical college space

To supply sanitary and water to 14 fixtures,4 water closets,4 lav,14 sinks,1 mop receptacles

Tenant fit-out of 2nd floor space which includes lighting, receptacles & panels. No fire alarm work.

Ez interior demolition- for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Demo lights, install 125 new lights, 55 new swithes, 5 new panels, 1 new em panel with transfer switch, 1 75kva transformer, new feeder to panels from basement, 175 new recepts, 4 stub ups for future data as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Install 22 smoke detectors,19 ceiling mtd horn strobes,3 pull stations,4 single input modules and 1 booster power supply per nfpa 72 (medical office)cc district

Renovation of existing 3rd floor

Renovation of existing floor including 125, lights, switches, 1 receptacles 4 new panels and 1 new transformer per 2008. Feeds to panels hv & mdp3 shall originate in 3 kva transformer, tap box eliminated.

Hvac alterations to include demo of existing ductwork and for the installation of new hvac equipment to include registers, diffusers with associated duct work and equipment as shown per approved plans. Proposed system to be connected to existing system per plan throughout the third floor of an existing structure. Seperate permit required for fire supression, electrical and plumbing work.

Furnish and install new nfpa 13 fire sprinkler system on 3rd floor and connect to existing sprinkler system as per plan.

Installation of new fire alarm system on renovated floor 61-devices as per nec 2008 & nfpa 72 (hospital)

Changing existing 2 phase service to new 3 phase install new 3 phase 480v panels and transformers as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Relocate existing lights and power, note: as of 3 21 07 this permit was replaced by a p 63579. Jm.

To replace existing horizontal fire pump with new in-line vertical fire pump for existing fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13, as per approved plans.

Level ii alterations (no change of occupancy) to existing business & medical office on the fifth floor of an existing building to include window replacement and exterior louver installation as per approved plans. Existing building fully sprinklered. Asbestos abatement required separate permits required for mep & fire suppression work

Replacement of cooling tower on roof and 2 pumps in basement as per approved plans. Asbestos abatement required prior to commencing work from locations listed on submitted asbestos inspection report

1-1 amp cb replace 2 tower pumps and 1 cooling tower as per nec 2008 cc district

Furnish & install (184) category 6 plenum cable with a longest run of 1 as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Remove all existing piping and heads on fifth floor and installation of new branchlines and heads tying in to existing main for new medical office layout as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia

Install awnings with graphics as per plans

Asbestos removal abatement required prior to the commencement of any work. For level ii alterations throughout the building,alterations to include demolition of existing partition walls and for the erection of partition walls throughout the third floor level, angle supports from the 2nd through 7th floor, and for the renovation of exterior windows on the third floor level. All alterations shall be done per approved plans. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.

Alteration: interior plumbing of a doctors office on the 5th floor of a 8-story commercial building. Patient sink and public bathrooms the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004.

Structural repairs and remidiation to existing concrete columns, tuck repointing of stone walls in basement and first floor of building.

Installation of ductwork

Firnish install 1 catergory 6 plenum cables,longest run 125

Relocate (95) sprinklers for medical school.

Installation of ten (10) water curtains on the occupied side of 2nd fl connecting to existing system as per plan.

For the installation of registers, diffusers and mechanical appliances with associated ductwork to an existing medical office. Appliances to be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for plumbing and electrical work.

Installation of addressable fire alarm system with voice evacuation. New devices on 2nd floor. Backbone riser to new panel sized for complete building. Remaining floors existing but will tie into new panel through modules.
