Permit is for full build-out as shown on drawings. The front climbing club is a climbing gym and fitness facility located at 14 s 4 w. (certificate of address no. 51373, issued on 4/23/2013). The project will demolish an existing building @14 s 4 w. The project is located on parcels 1513126006 and 1513126009, which will be combined. A cross-access agreement is anticipated between parcel 1513126008 and 15131260 in order for the new gym to have a small connection to the existing climbing gym directly to the north, located at 14 s 4 w. A conditional use permit was issued to allow for an additional of height above the permitted (record of decision for petition plnpcm2012-00726, issued december 13, 2012). The new front climbing club will provide climbing areas for multiple types of climbing, fitness and training areas and a small retail lobby.
