Replacement of 1800sf-mixed use-ez permit re-roofing- for the installation of new roof coverings on exiting roofs as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

For interior level 2 alterations to the 2nd-4th floors of existing attached structure as per plans. Rooms to be charge daily or weekly and not rent month-to-month. Certificate of occupancy required for the first floor prior to occupancy. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Asbestos removal required prior to the start of work.

Alteration: interior plumbing for a 4-story hotel with (6) dwelling units on floors 2 thru 4 and a hair salon on the 1st flo0r which is not included in this permit. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. A separate permit is required for the hair salon, and the 1" domestic water distribution service to the street main.

Rough wire building throughout including an 800amp service as per 2008 nec (cc district)

For the repair of nine (9) windows on the front facade of the structure. Three (3) windows to have the jams and sashes replaced, six (6) windows to be repaired and reused. Work per plans approved by the philadelphia historical commission. Phc staff to review shop drawings prior to final approval.

For exterior repairs and alterations to an existing four-story building as shown in plans approved by philadelphia historical commission (12. 16. 2016). Work to include new repointing and brick repairs, lintel repairs and replacement, and rear windows. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 11-0" of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required.
