Furnish all material, insurances and labor to perform the following work. Tear off the old 25 year shingles from the rear roof slope only. (one roof layer only) replace with owens corning duration lifetime shingles, architectural design, over one layer eco chief aqua hide synthetic underlayment. Shingles will be installed to meet a high wind resistant standard:hand nail six nails per shingle positioned to penetrate the shingle below. Each shingle will in fact have twelve nails. Shingles around all plumbing vents will be sealed down with roof flashing cement. 1. Replace 1 linear foot of wall flashing with new 26 gauge pre-painted galvanized wall flashing. 2. Replace 2 linear foot of cap flashing at the top of the parapet walls with new 26 gauge pre-painted galvanized cap flashing. 3. Replace linear foot of apron flashing with new 26 gauge pre-painted galvanized apron flashing. 4. Replace the flashing at the base of 2 chimneys with new 26 gauge per-painted galvanized chimney flashing. 5. Install

Remove and re-install existing gutter (approximately 45 linear feet); install 2 new elbows and 5 feet of downspout; re-attach existing downspout; make all necessary repairs to soffit; install new flashing from paris to fascia board. Remove and replace 7 additional squares of shingles.
