Licensed contractor to assume responsibility of work. No other work this permit. Separate permits required for renovation. Contact streets department for dumpster and or footway closure permits. Work to include replacement of doors throughout, replace window same size. Install new flooring thorughout update kitchen cabinet, tile in bathroom, drywall , paint throughout.

Replace six floor joists at second floor bathroom. New joists shall be double 2 by 8s boled together and pocketed into existing wall pockets. Install new 3 4" plywood at bathrrom area. No other work shall be performed under this permit.
