Separate mechanical, electrical, & plumbing permits required prior to occupancy & separate certificate of occupancy (c. O.) required for 2nd & 3rd floor levels not permitted herein.

Water distribution from curb

Install a 125,0 btu 90+ gas fired furnace in the utility room with associated ductwork - install a 5ton condenser in the exterior area next to the utility room

Install all sanitary drains & water supply to all fixtures, 5 pedicure sinks, 1 hand sink, 1 ks, 1 wc, 1 lav, 1 hwh (mixed use)

New wiring throughout 2nd and 3rd floor 1 apartmnet rough in (mixed use)

Completed 2nd & 3rd floor renovations for existing dwelling unit. See ap396657 for 1st floor basement approvals. No roof decks approved this permit.

Stucco left side and 2nd & 3rd floor front walls.
