4th floor dorm damage ceiling to be replaced. Skimcoat and painted.

Install walls for 1 2 bath inbasement; no exterior work

The conditional use permit granted by the zba decision was purportedly extended for 4 years from the june 2015 expiration date making the new expiration date june 2019. The inspectional services department issued a permit dated april 3 2015 permit number alt459767 based on the permit extension act (the "act") and no notice was given to abutters or elected officials.; the petitioner believes that isd misinterpreted the application of the act to the conditional use permit since the purpose of the act was to promote jobs and economic growth through development projects and the extension of a dormitorys use for another 4 years in no way meets that standard.; see section 173 of chapter 2 of the acts of 20 as extended by section 74 and 75 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2012 attached hereto. (please see attached appeal for details) ;
