Building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire supression work.

For the ammendment of ap#524355 to document foundation design in accordance with approved plans. Work to include the erection of a concrete foundation for a five story structure as shown per approved plans. Strucutral engineer to be on site during all foundation work, separate permits required for all other work.

For a certificate of occupancy from the first floor to fourth floor, for a vacant commercial space (use registration permit required prior to occupancy) and residential units from the first through fourth floor.
