Replace water heater,water supply piping to fixtures with pex piping,fixture drain line & sanitary waste line and replace fixtures to include kitchen sink,lav,shower and toilet (sfd)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Replace defective light fixtures. Replace defective switches and recepts. Check exist smoke alarms to ensure that the devices are operating properly & make necessary repairs. Replace 110a 20-space panel. All electical work is to be in accordance with nec 2008. (north district)
