Applicant in process of revising plan to address these concerns swr july 3, 2007 3:10:38 pm stuartr ; zoning site plan permit application approved in accordance with city of asheville udo procedures sec. 7-5-3 and applicable standards in 7-14-2, for the temporary use / structure for the following event: springmaid-wamsutta tent sale from july 9th through july 16 2007 , for the purpose of display and sale of product inventory. Approved site plan shows location for large x tent to right rear portion of parcel. Azalea development manages both parcels and has verbally agreed to share parking spaces @ walker construction.
