Rebuild existing rear wall with 2" x 6", 1 2" plywood sheathing, insulation, 1 2" wallboard and vinyl siding. Replace 14 floor joists same size and location as original and new 3 4" sub-flooring. Install three porch columns and wood beam with (2) 2" x 8" . Install new kitchen and bath cabinet. Apply 1 2" drywall to existing partitions and ceilings throughout. Install smoke detectors in each bedroom and on each floor level including the basement. Install new replacement windows and doors

Demolish rear wall to remove dangerous condition provide adequate shoring at floor levels prior to demolition
