The project includes the conversion of an existing 7 story office building to multi-family residential units for rent. The existing building facades will be demolished and a new facade will be constructed. The existing 3 story below grade parking structure will remain and continue to serve the building. There is an existing ground floor retail space, occupied by the us postal service, that will remain in operation during construction.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new multi family housing building on lot 198 (previously lots 193 and 194) which will connect to the existing 7 story building on the lot. The scope also includes adding two stories plus a penthouse over the existing building. The existing building is being converted form an office use to multifamily housing. The scope of work for the existing building has been approved under building permit number b1511274. Certain elements on this permit application will reference building permit number b1511274. The new construction and existing building modifications will be completed as on phase.
