Rough-in plumbing from existing to install 3- water closets, 3- lav sinks and 1- kitchen sink

To amend eletrical permit #662934 to show the correct address as 125 w evergreen avenue instead of the address that was incorrectly listed on the original permit (201 e evergreen aka 201 w evergreen)- scope of work and the work description remains the same

Fire alarm permit only, add (1) nac panel, add (4) heat detectors, add (3) strobes, add (4) horn strobes, add-relocate-replace (9) smoke detectors to 1st floor offices, fitness recreation area, bathrooms, as per nfpa 72 electrical all work per attaached drawing with the exceptions of corridors 107-108-109-110.

Install dc cables to feed new lte radio equipment in at & ts equipment cabinet on the roof install 6 new antennas on the roof as per nec 2008 cell site

Install 4 exterior cameras as per 2008 nec (north district)

Convert three existing dry to wet standpipes.

For installation of hvac euipment & associated ductwork to serve previously approved amenity spaces within existing multi-family high-rise building. See building permit# 660075 for original application for building permit.

For a partial change of occupancy classification to create office amenity spaces within exist. Multi-family dwelling & for level ii alterations for the erection of prescriptive alterations to create office amenity spaces at 1st floor of exist. Multi-family high-rise building & for level i alterations throughout upper level corridors consisting of finish replacement & lighting work. Separate permit reqd for mech., elec., plumb. & firesupp work. Asbestos abatement to be completed prior to commencement of permitted work.
