Cover all fascia boards on entire home with new prefinished aluminum metal fascia trim, complete and custom fit. Custom wrap exterior window casings on the upper section of second story at the south east and east side of home. Remove east awning. Remove vines on fascia boards on north side of home before covering with metal. Furnish and install new solid vinyl siding on entire southeast and east second story walls. Install 3/8" fanfold high density insulation as backerboard.

Furnish and install solid vinyl siding on entire home except where new siding already is installed. Cover all window and door exterior casings with prefinished aluminum trim except where already trimmed out. Cover all overhangs on home with aluminum soffit and cover all fascia boards with aluminum trim. This does not include covering boards along the front pergola. Furnish and install new guttering system on home except for where guttering already has been replaced. Furnish and install 3 new vinyl gable vents to match siding in gable ends of home. Furnish and install new dryer vent to match siding. Remove rotten wood at window casing and replace with new material before covering with custom finish trim. Remove all vines on north side of home as necessary to install new siding material.
