Lot# b ( colona st frontage): for the erection of a semi-detached structure ( nte 38 high); roof deck accessed by a pilothouse ( enclosing stairs only); bay at 2nd and 3rd floors , recessed balcony at 2nd and third floors for a single family household living with one(1) accessory parking garage accessed by a front street and for the creation of two(2) stack surface parkning spaces (at required side yard depth ) size and location as shown in the application.

Asbestos abatement required prior to the commencement of work complete demolition of a two (2) one (1) story semi-detached structure by hand methods in accordance with site safety plan. Protection of pedestrians, right-of-way and adjacent structures required at all times. Separate streets department approval required for any right-of-way closure encroachment during demolition.
