Approximately 25 square feet of new shingles will be installed. Gutters may need to be removed and set aside to be re-installed once roofing work is completed. We will tear off the existing layers of shingles, clean up all debris and haul away. 1) the eaves above the south side door and the northeast corner of the house are sagging. Inspecting the attic, we found that the roof deck will require 7/16" osb sheeting. 2) we will install approximately 3 linear feet of new metal drip edge to all eaves of the main house roof and at the dormer eaves. 3) approximately 4 square feet of water & ice barrier will be installed along the eaves, extending up the roof 3 beyond the interior walls per code. Water & ice barrier will also be installed at all valleys and around the chimney. 4) 15# felt paper will be installed to the remaining roof deck. 5) shingles will be installed from the eaves of the roof and working our way up to the roof peak. 6) during the shingle installation, step & corner flashing
