Interior alterations throughout the second floor and in portions of the first and third floor ot create three (3) apartments, a rated exit enclosure with self-closing fire doors and update an existing office space. Certificate of occupancy for partial change of occupancy - building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.

Installation of an automatic fire suppression system in accorance with nfpa 13 (business occupancy) and nfpa 13r (residential occupancy) throughout existing three (3) story building to include new backflow prevention assembly and 2-inch fire service line as per approved plans.
