To demo and cleanup up an existing deli space to prepare for a new deli. Demo work will include removal of existing debris and fixtures. This will be related to a future building permit pertaining to the below: interior renovation of an existing business b. Occupancy space. New occupancy to remain business b. The interior build out scope will include, but not be limited to: demolition work, new partitions, millwork, finishes, light fixtures, and furniture. The existing kitchen will be modified to include new equipment. Existing hvac, plumbing, electrical to remain with minor additions/revisions illustrated in mep drawings to accommodate new documented design. The existing ada restroom will remain as is. Exterior work will include new signage and storefront graphics - to be submitted separately under a new permit track.
