For a partial change of occupancy classification to create three (3) dwelling units within an exist. Mixed-use building, for the erection of a one (1) story rear addition of reinforced masonry wall construction w. Low-slope built-up roof assembly & for level iii alterations to include erection of partition walls for dwelling unit spaces & enclosure of vertical stairway opening; building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permit required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire suppression work.

Install (4) heat pump systems with ductwork. (mixed use)

Replace existing 400amp service only as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Wiring for lighting,receptacles,hvac and ranges. Installation of 4 meter sockets and 4 sub panels for apts per 2008 nec (mixed use)cc district install fire alarm per nfpa 72

For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13 (commercial occupancy) and nfpa 13r (residential occupancy) in three story building to include new 4-inch fire service line and backflow prevention assembly.
