Complete demolition of existing one (1) story structure and two (2) story structure per plan and in accordance with code bulletin no. B-1302. Protection of pedestrians and adjacent structures to be maintained during all demolition activity. New construction: interior plumbing of a 5-story mixed-use detached building (building #2), which is part of a (3) building development. The building has vacant commercial spaces on the 1st floor and a total of (89) residential units, part of which are (10) live work units. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Fuel gas piping & equipment is not part of this permit and a mechanical permit is required. Additional permits are required for the 10" sewer lateral & the 3" domestic water distribution service to street mains, as well as the 3" backflow prevention containment assembly on the main domestic water supply. Installation of automatic sprinkler system (wet in upper floors, dry in cellar garage) with six inch (6") fire service, backflow prevention device and fire department connections (one per bldg) in accordance with nfpa 13, class i manual wet standpipes with hose valves at floor landings as approved by fire dept. & in accordance with nfpa 14, fire pump and jockey pump in accordance with nfpa with all associated piping and heads.
