Repairs to fire damaged areas as follows: 1st floor: replaced damaged sheetrock, window and doors. Like in kind. New kitchen cabinets, paint, and carpet. 2nd floor: sheetrock repair, new carpet and paint. Level 1 alteration, shall comply with the provisions of chapter 6 of the international existing building code. To include the removal and replacement or the covering of existing materials, elements, equipment or fixtures using new materials, elements, equipment or fixtures that serve the same purpose. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies.

Interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceiling only. No other work allowed under this permit. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway.
