Remove termite damaged terrace wall and rebuild; replace stucco on wall and install new terrace decking. Repoint both sides of effected wall.

Open drywall under third floor windows of unit 3 that face the parking garage court yard and inspect potential leak and possible termite damage. Replace rot and reinstall insulation, gypsum and interior repainting. Remove damaged drywall ceiling in carport directly below unit 3 entry door. Replace with moisture resistant 5 8 type x drywall and repaint the ceiling of the garage bay. Remove trim from entry door of unit 3 and inspect for damage, replace if needed. Repair jamb of windows on third floor facing parking garage court yard.
