Work to include replacing the front entry door with a fire rated door assmebly, 4 windows, exterior stucco repairs around window openings as per the attached standard. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work. Contractor has no employees per notarized letter.
