Ez permit standard alterations- for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Replace windows, 2 exterior doors, laminate ceilings and walls with 1 2" gwb, new kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Licensed contractor to be listed on permit. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.
