This project is an interior build-out of an existing ground floor tenant space, previously classified as an a-2 restaurant. The new proposed space will maintain the same occupancy classification, and remain an a-2 space. The interior build-out scope will include, but not be limited to: new partitions, millwork, finishes, light fixtures, furniture, and a new kitchen with all associated utilities. New hvac, plumbing, and electrical to accomplish documented design. Exterior work consists of minor repairs to in-kind design of existing conditions, along with new paint to match existing color, and new storefront signage to be submitted separately under a signage permit.
