Remove existing bay and close off opening. Demo second floor bedroom and bathroom; partitions, fixtures, finish floor, sub floor and ceiling below.

Replace portions of wood structure noted in documents with concrete and wood double wall system. Add 99 s. F. Of new footprint at south east corner. Replace existing wood framed roof structure with new wood frame structure. New hvac, geothermal, electrical and plumbing systems. Insulate building envelope.

In anticipation of a full renovation, the work covered under this application is to remove all horsehair plaster, drywall, flooring, casing, trim, cabinetry and other finishes on the interior of the property.

The work proposed is a full renovation of the interior of the single family residence including new kitchen, bathroom, interior finished and exterior finishes. New windows, siding and roofing will be installed on the exterior of the building.

In addition to the work permitted for this project under the building permit bldr-033388-2015 the follwing additional work is to be performed. Existing first and second floor framing is to be replaced and existing roof framing is to be strengthened. The foundation requires sporadic repair and new footings will be placed to accomodate new floor framing. There is also the addition of a bedroom and raising of the roof in the new bedoorm associated with this permit request.
