Kolomiyets about the outstanding issues on the nov for the property. She told me that the steep cut was there when they bought it. I told her that it didn? T matter when the steep cut was created. The issue is that the steep cut still hasn? T been stabilized, and the entire property needs to be seeded & mulched. I explained to her that she will need certification from an engineer or landscape architect. I? Ve disapproved both of these applications until these issues are resolved.
