Make safe permit - for a tree removal and small repair to the side wall and rear to resolve case 514707. Stabalize floor joist roughly a 5 section of floor joist with 6x6 post and temporary girder for repair of side wall. Repair roof with like in kind materials. Call for an intial ans framing(for supports) prior to fixing the side wall. Engineer report may be needed as per the inspectors request. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Replace approximitly 6 rood rafters with like in kind. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case 514707.

For the erection of a partial foundation system and side & rear wall to stabilize an existing structure as per approved plans. Permit is also to cover the repair and replacement of multiple floor ceiling joists (less than two-thirds) as part of an existing single-family dwelling.
