Demo existing conduit and reroute for existing bathroom

First floor, replace kitchen cabinets with new cabinetry in same place, add an island, replace damaged rear patio doors, add a new ceiling and new recessed lighting and electrical, add wood flooring and base to the kitchen. On the second floor, demolish existing master bath, build two smaller baths that serve each bedroom, and move privacy door from hall to master bedroom. No work to be done in the basement or in the attic loft room.
