Shelter platform permit- erection of a sidewalk shelter platform as per engineered plans. Streets department permit required for sidewalk closure prior to the start of work. Install temp overhead shelter platform per plan

Temporary certificate of occupancy for restaurant 1st floor only. Parent permit 606505.
