Repair to chimney tops

To remove any existing unpermitted metal chimney capsto install new roofing slate over the exposed chimney flueslate is to embedded in mortar covering the top of the chimneywork as per scope of work stamped vcc approved 04 04 17 note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
